Shipping

At Markhor, we offer free global shipping to all our customers. We take special care to make sure the products reach our customers in a satisfied, safe and quick manner. We use FedEx.

We start working to despatch your shoes once you place an order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. This email will include details about courier and related tracking information.

The delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your geographical location.

Please note that for orders outside the US, you might be charged additional import taxes or customs fees. We do not cover any import fee or duties, you can get an estimate of what you will be charged using any online duty calculator. 

100 Days Return Policy

Markhor offers 100 days return and refund policy to all our customers. While we hope you never have to use this, but if you do, it's there for you. 

• Return products must be unworn, undamaged, and must include original Markhor packaging.
• This return policy does not apply to gift e-cards.
• We offer free returns in US and Pakistan (reimbursement of shipping charges up to $15). 
• To return your pair, please write to us at hello@markhor.com and we'll take care from there.
