Very disappointed with purchase of a leather jacket. I waited 2 weeks for delivery and as per the DHL tracking number the item is still in China. Never received the jacket. Contacted them 4 times and they said it’s on it’’s way. The website says they are in Florida, if I knew it was in China, I never would have purchased. Crooks!
I ordered this product from Markhor: Cynosure Wingtip Burgundy, Size 11. Order Number 4314100-A. I have ordered wrong size, as you can see in the pictures, I have shown comparison with blue shoes which are also ordered from Markhor. The burgundy shoes are brand new, I only took lace off from one of the shoe to try it once. Pls arrange for replacement of the shoes with 1 size down. [I have already sent an email to your help email address.
